Basic policy for anti-social forces
JPY, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") declares the following basic policy in order to prevent damage by anti-social forces who are groups or individuals who pursue economic profit by making full use of violence, power and fraudulent methods.
1. Company will respond unreasonably by antisocial forces as a whole organization.
2. Company will ensure the safety of officers and employees who respond to unreasonable demands by antisocial forces.
3. In preparation for unreasonable demands by anti-social forces, Company will routinely establish close cooperation with police, violence expulsion campaign promotion center, lawyers, and other external specialized institutions.
4. Company has no relationship with antisocial forces, including business relationships.
5. Company rejects unjustified demands by antisocial forces.
6. Company will take legal action from both civil and criminal basis against unreasonable demands by antisocial forces.
7. Company will never make back-door transactions to conceal a case, even if an unjustified demand by antisocial forces is due to a scandal in business activities or scandals of executives and employees.
8. Company will never fund antisocial forces.
